Registration Terms and Conditions:

Please send the completed registration form, attach two recent photographs attached, and return them to the school office by fax at
28938647 / through email at admin@triangles.com.hk / by post to 3/F, Tower 188, No. 188 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong
Kong.
Please scan the photographs if you are sending them through email.
Please complete all information stipulated on the registration form.
Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Payment should be made by crossed cheques sent to the school office wither personally or by post / pay by cash / through the
EPS at the school office.

Cheques should be made payable to ˇ§Trianglesˇ¨. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Please write down the student's
name, course name and contact number on the back of the cheque.

All applications will be processed on a first-come, first served basis. Triangles reserves the right to release any reserved lessons
which have been verbally confirmed or which have passed the indicated deadline.

Enrolment will not be accepted when the course is full.

Payments must be settled before commencement of the first monthly session of the course. If payment is not settled before the
commencement of the first session of the course, Triangles reserves the right to withdraw the student from the course.

In the event that a student has to miss a class, Triangles will confirm with you on the date when the student will miss the class
before the next monthly payment is made. Triangles does not offer a refund or a make-up class for any class missed due to our
schedule.

All course fees and recognized student status are non-transferable.

In the event of an instructor taking leave, Triangles will arrange for a substitute instructor without prior notice.

Triangles reserves the right to change course instructors / timeslots / venue without prior notice and cancel any session whenever
necessary.

If a course is cancelled due to a low student enrolment, Triangles will refund in full the paid course fee within one month.

If a course is discontinued after its commencement, Triangles will refund the paid course fee on a pro-rata basis no later than one
month after the discontinuation of the course.

If triangles cancel or discontinue a course, the refund will be returned through an issued cheque.

Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions:

When typhoon signal No.8 and above or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, Triangles will be closed.

Classes will resume 2 hours after the typhoon signal No.8 and above is lowered or black rainstorm warning is no longer hoisted.
Triangles will remain closed if the typhoon signal No.8 is lowered less than 2 hours before the close of its office hours.

If any typhoon or rainstorm warning is raised during its opening hours, Triangles will remain open until the close of its office hours
or until the condition is safe for all students to leave. Triangles has the right to dismiss students before the end of the regular
class time. Parents will be notified on the arrangements of the dismissal time.

Course sessions cancelled due to inclement weather conditions will not be rescheduled nor will payment for the cancelled course
sessions be refunded.

Private sessions cancelled due to inclement weather conditions may be rescheduled within one month of the cancellation date.
However, payment for the cancelled session will not be refunded.

 

Triangles reserves the right to amend the registration policies without prior notice. In case of dispute, Triangles reserves the right to make any final decision.
